RMTU survey on workplace bully and harassment

This RMTU survey is totally CONFIDENTIAL and anonymous. The objective of the survey is to identify whether our members are experiencing bullying and harassment at work.
Exposure to workplace bullying and harassment are workplace hazards that can cause serious harm, including increased risk of anxiety and depression. Employers have a legal duty to provide a safe and healthy workplace. This includes preventing and managing exposure to bullying and harassment.
Workplace bullying is defined by Worksafe NZ as "Repeated and unreasonable behaviour towards a worker or group of workers that can lead to physical or mental harm".
Harassment includes racial and sexual harassment , discrimination or making fun of people on the basis of their age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, political beliefs, marital status or disability.
