2026 Great Beginnings, Great Families - Exhibitor Showcase & Sponsor Form

The 12th Annual GBGF Conference Committee invites all organizations to submit a request to exhibit for this year’s GBGF Conference on August 11th-13th, 2026 at the Great Northern Hotel in Helena. We anticipate approximately 250 attendees.

NEW for 2026! Due to the amazing growth of the conference, GBGF will be providing two different opportunities for organizations to network with attendees, a one-day Exhibitor Showcase and a three-day Sponsorship exhibition. The One-Day Exhibitor Showcase will occur on August 11th and will be a focused, energetic day of connection and resource-sharing. A Sponsorship will provide three-days of exhibition for organizations at the conference. Limited spots are available for the Sponsorship opportunity. If you are interested, please note on this form when requested.

  • Display Booth (8 ft. table) for promoting new products and services

Sponsorship
The following sponsorship opportunity is available for community partner organizations outside of the Department working in maternal child health, early childhood, and public health to promote resources and services. Sponsorships are available for three (3) organizations.

Fee justification: Three complimentary conference registrations including meals ($420 value), event table and room fees for three days ($250).

Benefits include: Three registrations for three-day GBGF Conference, conference meals, logo featured on conference marketing materials, 5-minute sponsor spotlight during lunch at conference, and exhibition space for all three days at conference, including premier access at Vendor showcase on August 11, 2026.
Please list the name & email of any other representatives that will be tending the booth and the date(s) they will be present so a name badge can be produced.
