2026 Great Beginnings, Great Families - Exhibitor Showcase & Sponsor Form

The 12th Annual GBGF Conference Committee invites all organizations to submit a request to exhibit for this year’s GBGF Conference on August 11th-13th, 2026 at the Great Northern Hotel in Helena. We anticipate approximately 250 attendees.

NEW for 2026! Due to the amazing growth of the conference, there will be only one day of exhibiting which will take place on August 11th, 2026 and referred to as the Exhibitor Showcase. There are a limited number of spaces to exhibit all three conference days via a sponsorship. If you are interested, please note on this form when requested.

If you are interested in Exhibitor Showcase or being a sponsor, please complete the following questionnaire by Friday, July 17th, 2026. Continue to watch your email for a confirmation & invoice. If you have questions, please reach out to Pete Lovette (pete.lovette@umontana.edu).

  • Display Booth (8 ft. table) for promoting new products and services
  • One free registration
  • Virtual Showcase Placement on Conference Website: (company logo & link, mission or bio statement, and contact information)

Sponsorship
The following sponsorship opportunity is available for community partner organizations outside of the Department working in maternal child health, early childhood, and public health to promote resources and services. Sponsorships are available for three (3) organizations.

Fee justification: Three complimentary conference registrations including meals ($420 value), event table and room fees for three days ($250).

Benefits include: Three registrations for three-day GBGF Conference, conference meals, logo featured on conference marketing materials, 5-minute sponsor spotlight during lunch at conference, and exhibition space for all three days at conference, including premier access at Vendor showcase on August 11, 2026.
