Introduction

Employees who feel healthy and supported can learn better, are more productive, engaged, and creative, can build better relationships, and cope better with stress.

Sounds great, doesn’t it?

This is why our workplace is part of the Rosebank Wellbeing Collaboration, which you can read about here.

We would like to know what affects your wellbeing when you are at work – the good and the bad.  Your answers will help the Collaboration work with Rosebank businesses like ours to improve and support wellbeing in the workplace.

Important:

1. Your answers are anonymous – no one will know what you put in the survey
2. The survey should take about 8–10 minutes
