Transitioning back into the school year can be overwhelming; come to this workshop that highlights the importance of self-care as people that take care of youth!

Registration is not required but the first 10 people registered will receive a self-care bundle and all participants will be entered in a $100 Hannaford gift card drawing at the end of the event!
