Over the last couple of months, the CNLA Acute Labour task force has been working on unique solutions to help address our industry's labour shortages. 

This past week they had a meeting with Brian Hickey -  Director-General of TFWP and Steven West Director of Sector Policy. Brain Hickey. This has resulted in an opportunity for CNLA to provide invaluable feedback on specific industry questions asked by this department. Our profession now has an opportunity to state their position on our ongoing labour shortages with the potential to modify some programs if we can prove it is needed.
