Emerging Safety Leaders (ESL) is a newly established group working within the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM). This survey is aimed at individuals currently seeking a career in Health and Safety, those studying Health and Safety, and those in Junior/Entry-Level employment roles.
