- Be ambassadors; advocate for diversity & practice inclusive behaviors
- Champion the Actions We Live By
- Assist with research and development of educational resources for associates
- Lead/ support/participate in coffee chats and other D&I-hosted events
- Implement the work in the field
- Assist with implementing club programming as well as participating in community outreach and events
- Serve as points of contact in respective regions
- Provide project updates in department head meetings
- Regularly participate in Task Force meetings
- Minimum 1-year commitment so that we may gain traction and complete agreed-upon initiatives
- Weekly time commitment of up to 3 hours per week, inclusive of a bi-weekly 90‐minute Task Force meeting

Eligibility Associates are eligible to become a Bay Club in Action Member by:
- Nomination by your Regional SVP
- Ongoing participation in the Bay Club Education Series, community outreach, philanthropic initiatives
- Complete a minimum of six (6) months of employment with a minimum of fifteen (15) hours per week; service providers must meet a minimum of ten (10) hours per week
