Dear Parent/Carer,

Our Board, in partnership with the Executive team, is in the process of reviewing the St. Andrew's Christian School Strategic Plan. This plan is vitally important as it helps ensure that we remain faithfully focused on the fulfilment of our Vision and Mission and on meeting the needs and expectations of our school community well into the future.

Your feedback through this anonymous survey is an essential and welcome part of our planning process because as a parent or carer you offer a very valuable perspective on your child's education and the life of the school.

To ensure that we capture a cross section of views we are also surveying St. Andrew's Christian School staff and students (from Year 5 and above) with some shared survey questions and some unique ones to suit. We will also be surveying members of the wider community.

We welcome your personal thoughts on all the topics covered in this survey. Your opinion on what needs improvement in the School is important to us but we also want to hear about the things that you are pleased with, or place a high value on, so that we can continue to provide for, and build on, them.

The Survey is divided into four sections. The first three sections include multiple choice options and an opportunity to provide comment at the end of each section. You may like to use this comment section to clarify some of your earlier responses. The last section asks for your comments and suggestions through a variety of open questions.

A great deal of valuable information can be gathered from your answers here so please be open and honest in your responses. If you have no comments to make on a particular question in the section then you have the option to leave it blank.

The survey could take up to thirty (30) minutes to complete so we encourage you to find some quiet space and time so that you can work through it thoughtfully.

Please be sure to complete all sections of the survey.

The survey is being conducted by an independent firm, Resolve Consulting Group, who will collate, analyse and summarise the results for reporting back to the Board and Executive.

Completed surveys will only be viewed by Resolve Consulting Group.
