About TechSpark Academy 
TechSpark Academy is a Swiss based organisation (www.techsparkacademy.ch) which has been running technology focused camps and ateliers for kids aged 6-18, since August 2015. We were started as a collaborative between EPFL students and motivated parents wanting to confer 21st century digital skills to their children, and have since expanded across Switzerland running events in Lausanne, Geneva, Zurich, Zug & Basel, and now work with both EPFL and ETHZ students as instructors. 

What We Teach:
We run CAMPS or AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS that include the following courses:
  • Coding - Python & Swift
  • Animation & Game Design - Scratch (ie coding for juniors)
  • Hacker Mode (Cybersecurity)
  • AI (for students with previous Python experience)
  • Digital Technology and the Environment (NEW)
  • Digital Storytelling - Video/photography, video editing
    Robotics - Arduino and Lego
 
Right now we are hiring for our Summer Camps and Coding Clubs for 2021/22 school year.

Our remuneration for CAMPS:
New Instructors:
4 day camps (9:30 - 15:00) - CHF 640
5 day camps (9:30 - 15:00) - CHF 850
 
Returning Instructors: (from 3rd camp onwards)
4 day camps (9:30 - 15:00) - CHF 770
5 day camps (9:30 - 15:00) - CHF 960

Our remuneration for AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Remuneration varies depending on class duration and travel time required.

Travel Fee Notice
Travel allowance is calculated depending on location and will be included in your contract, based on 1/2 Pass Fare from your university to the school/camp location.
