16 teams - divided into 4 groups of 4, with top two teams from groups to QF, SF, Finals (means Friday morning games)

12 teams - 4 groups of three, with top team heading to SF, Final (Games on Sat/Sunday only)

12 teams - 4 groups of four, with top team plus wild card heading to SF, Final (means Friday Games)
