Purpose:
___ Provide diverse junior partners and senior associates the opportunity to pitch to, and receive feedback from, corporate counsel.
___ There is no expectation that business will result from this exercise.
Logistics:
___ Partners/Associates may decide to form their own “team” or go solo when they pitch and will indicate preference on interest form.
___ The Center for Legal Inclusiveness (CLI) will attempt to match attorneys to corporate counsel based on their areas of interest/expertise listed on the interest form.
___ Once matched, CLI will provide contact information to the teams and corporate counsel.
___ The team “leader” will initiate contact with the corporate counsel to schedule a time for the pitch meeting. Participants will decide on location, length of time and other logistics. CLI recommends at least 15-30 minutes set aside for feedback and Q&A.
