37th TRES DIAS ANNUAL ASSEMBLY

On November 2, 1972 the first Tres Dias weekend was held at the Oblate House, a Catholic monastery located along the Hudson River just outside of Newburgh, New York, about 2 hours north of New York City. In the years that followed, as other communities were being started in the Northeast, the leaders at the time identified the need for oversight. In 1979 the groundwork was laid for establishing a National Secretariat, and the first meeting of that Secretariat was held later that year at a Methodist Church, just across the river in Poughkeepsie, NY.
God has kept His Hand on this ministry all these years and has used this movement to bless countless people across the country and around the world – as well as those in this room! So as the ministry approaches it’s 45th anniversary, we at Mid Hudson Tres Dias are pleased to invite you to come to where it all began, and join us as we host the annual Assembly on July 15-17, 2016.

We will spend the weekend on the church campus. Friday and Saturday meetings will be in the new Building and Sanctuary for the Assembly itself and the Sunday meeting will be held in the Historic Sanctuary.

We have a block of rooms saved at Days Inn. which is about 15 minutes ( 9 miles) from the church and about 6 minutes from Stewart (SWF) Airport..

AIRPORTS:
Stewart Airport (SWF)- Newburgh in Orange County and White Plains Airport( HPN) in Westchester County. We will pick up passengers from both airports.
JFK- International flights only for transportation.
Other airports:
We recommend that you avoid JFK and Laguardia unless you are used to NYC travel and traffic.
Newark, NJ (EWR) is another option but a 1 1/2 - 2 hour trip with tolls.There are toll booths for cash. No need to have exact change.
Bring your EZ-Pass for the Thruway ( I-87), bridges and toll roads.
