Discover Downtown Holiday Series and Midnight Merriment! *REGISTER BY Tuesday, November 3, 2016
Intown Concord and the Merchants Roundtable are pleased to host the third annual Discover Downtown Holiday Series. The dates are set, plans are in motion, and now we need you to let us know how you are going to participate this year. This survey is the one place, one time to make all your choices. Please take a few careful and thoughtful minutes to read through the survey and make your selections by Thursday, November 3, 2016

* 11/25 Plaid Friday - Let's make our downtown the "must do" alternative to "Black Friday Frenzy". Let's promote this day together and celebrate the diversity and creativity of all of our local and independent businesses. Our downtown offers a beautiful plaid patchwork of businesses.
* 11/26 Shop Small Saturday - You don't need to accept American Express to participate!
* 12/2 24th Annual Midnight Merriment (you do NOT have to sign up for the Holiday Series to participate in Midnight Merriment)
* 11/25 -12/17 Win The Window scavenger hunt/prize raffle (separate fee from the rest of the Discover Downtown series)

* 12/2 24th Annual Midnight Merriment (you do NOT have to sign up for the Holiday Series to participate in Midnight Merriment)

Once the signups are completed, the Merchants Roundtable Block Captains and Intown Concord will send you more event specific information and you will receive the link to an extensive event kit which will help you plan and make the most of this series. Plan your specials now to take advantage of holiday crowds throughout the season.
There is a modest fee to participate in the Discover Downtown Holiday Series. The fee will allow us to create and implement a broad and thorough communication and marketing plan anticipated to begin in mid-November. Discover Downtown Holiday Series fees go directly back into the series through advertising, marketing, and hard costs in order to promote our downtown for the holidays. Your participation and enthusiasm will make downtown Concord a destination this holiday season.
Some merchants have already prepaid for the Holiday Series and/or Win The Window; no additional money is required, but ALL PARTICIPANTS must complete the survey - Thank you!
#1. Pay $50 for the Holiday Series - includes Plaid Friday, Small Business Saturday, and holiday advertising throughout the season; does NOT include Win The Window.(Checks made out to the Merchants Roundtable).
#2. Pay $25 for Win The Window (Checks made out to the Merchants Roundtable) PLUS (required) donate a item or gift card valued at $25 or more for the prize packages.
FACT: The more businesses that sign up, the more money there will for advertising & promotion which brings people downtown for shopping, dining, enjoying, and building community throughout the holiday shopping season! All downtown businesses are welcome to participate in the events described above.
In this survey you will also find a question about pledging to support the piped Holiday Music downtown on four separate Saturdays, 11/26-12/17. This $50 pledge is separate from the Discover Downtown/Win The Window fees.
