Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions may be treated as invalid at the absolute discretion of the Promoters.

Promoters’ details:

1.      The promoters of the “Comvita’s Olive Leaf Immune Defence” competition are Palin Communications Pty Ltd, of 4/815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood NSW 2067, ph: 02 9412 2255, ABN: 95 602 614 693 and Comvita Australia Pty Ltd, of 10 Edmondstone Street, South Brisbane, QLD 4101, ph:1800 466 392, ABN: 29 088 909 648. Who can enter:

2.       Entry is only open to residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters’ associated companies, the Promoters’ agencies associated with this competition, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3.       Entry is limited to pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, and is limited to ONE entry per eligible entrant.

How to enter:

4.       To enter the Competition, head to <insert here> and correctly answer the three multiple choice questions included in the online entry form or submit a written flyer entry for the “Comvita’s Olive Leaf Immune Defence” competition.

5.       The Competition commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 1 July, 2016 and closes at 5pm AEST on 31 August, 2016 (Competition Period).

6.       To be eligible the entry must be received and processed by the Promoters between 1 July 2016 and 31 August, 2016.

7.       To enter the Competition, entrants must submit an entry through the survey monkey link at <insert link> or complete the hard copy entry form and fax it to 02 9412 3561 to submit in accordance with the instructions on the form.

8.       The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries or for submitting an entry that may infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party.

9.       The Promoters retain the absolute discretion to disqualify any entry it considers offensive or that may breach these terms and conditions, or that is incomplete, indecipherable or illegible.

How to win:

10.   The draw will take place at Palin Communications Level 4, 815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood 2067, on Thursday 1st September 2016 at 10:00am. The results of the draw will be final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.

11.   If the prizes are not claimed within 2 weeks from the original draw date, a further draw will be conducted and a despatch of notification issued.

12.   The re-draw will be conducted at Palin Communications, Level 4, 815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood 2067, on Friday 16 September 2016 at 10:00am. The result of the draw will be final.

13.   The winner/s will be notified by written confirmation via email within 2 days of the judging. The first name, affiliated pharmacy and location (city) of the winners may be displayed in email correspondence and on the www.Comvita.com.au website in relation to the competition.
