This survey is confidential and your personal information is private. When answering these questions,  think in terms of tournament poker not cash games. Each question has an optional comment box to further explain your answer. While these cases may involve dealer error,  "fire the dealer" is not a useful answer. Also, when evaluating cases put yourself in both the position of the player making the error and as a player at the table. It is helpful to have a copy of the TDA Rules available when taking this survey.

The TDA strongly values player opinion and appreciates your taking the time to complete this survey! Please consider joining the Poker TDA Players Coalition. At the end of the survey, additional options for submitting suggestions to the TDA are listed.
