I know a few poses I can repeat, but that's it I make it up as I go I pick a body part or category of poses and go from there I plan a sequence of poses beforehand, and then can flow myself I use video classes or an app or an ebook at home (please tell me which one below) I use the following video class/app/ebook for my self-practice OK Question Title * 5.
