Are your psychological safety programs worth recognizing?Canadian Occupational Safety's inaugural 5-Star Psychological Safety Employer awards will showcase companies that demonstrate effective psychological safety programs that help foster workplace changes.Please complete the following survey to put your organization in the running for COS's 5-Star Psychological Safety Employers award.The results will be published on the Canadian Occupational Safety website in October. The 5-Star Psychological Safety report is in partnership with The Canadian Institute of Workplace Harassment and Violence, HRD Canada and Canadian HR Reporter and is supported by Women in Occupational Health and Safety Society and Canada Safety Council.Criteria:-Any company established in Canada-Organizations must have a minimum of 10 employeesProcess:Canadian Occupational Safety's 5-Star Psychological Safety Employers nomination process includes two phases: an employer and an employee survey.Employer form: Employers must complete the following form in order to be considered for the 5-Star Psychological Safety Employer awards.Note: Only ONE submission is needed per organizationDeadline: June 16, 2023The 5-Star Psychological Safety - Employer form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
