Blanchard Valley Center - Quality Assessment

The Hancock County Board of Developmental Disabilities assess community needs and services provided by our agency.  Your responses will help us in our efforts to improve services and meet the needs of the individuals we support.  Please take a few minutes to complete this survey.

2.Interaction with Blanchard Valley Center/Hancock County Board of DD staff has been a positive experience. Staff respond in a timely manner, are knowledgeable, and courteous.
3.Overall, I am satisfied with Blanchard Valley Center.  They work collaboratively with other organizations, are integrated into the community, and continue working toward their mission.
BVC Mission: BVC provides resources and supports that empower people with DD to live lives with meaning and purpose.
4.What would you like to see BVC improve on in the next five years?
5.Do you have any recommendations or ideas on how we can improve our programs and services (curriculum, therapy services, events, etc.)?
