ANSAA Accreditation Self-Study Survey

A key part of the ANSAA self-study tool is a survey that addresses all twelve of the ANSAA Standards and assesses the knowledge of community members in relation to each section of standards. The survey may be taken anonymously and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All questions must be answered (except name) in order to move to the next section.

It is important that you identify your relation to the school. If you are a School Board member and fit into other categories as well (i.e., parent), please choose School Board. If you are a Teacher/Staff member and fit other categories as well (i.e., parent), please choose Teacher / Staff.

This survey is not designed as a “school satisfaction survey.” The purpose of the survey is to assess knowledge, as stated above, in relation to ANSAA Standards. Therefore, there may be several questions that you answer, “Information Not Known.” This will in no way effect the school’s accreditation, but instead will be used by school committee members to evaluate whether that particular information should be known by each group (i.e., School Board, Parent, Teacher, Staff) or not known as related to the school’s mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures.
