By participating in this survey, you are:
a) Agreeing to:
    i.       your data being collected and used as part of a statistical analysis that will be used to inform the planning of the Greater Sydney Desalination Program ("GSDP");
       a)   your responses to the Survey on this website are entirely voluntary and all personal and potentially sensitive data submitted by you (which is provided by you on an entirely voluntary basis) will be handled in accordance with the WaterNSW Privacy Policy found here: https://www.waternsw.com.au/privacy; 
    ii.      your data will be stored and used by WaterNSW and its appointed consultants for the Greater Sydney Desalination Program;
    iii.     WaterNSW will keep individual responses confidential and we will not share it with anyone outside of WaterNSW and its engaged consultants for the GSDP, but this survey is subject to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (“GIPA”). All requests under GIPA will be managed in accordance with GIPA and we will contact you to discuss options, in the unlikely event your response is required to be disclosed under GIPA;
    iv.     subject to clause (a)(i), you will not be identified, and your data will be included as part of a group response if WaterNSW elects to publish the results of the Survey;
    v.      all copyright and intellectual property in your survey response will become the property of WaterNSW when you submit your response; and
    vi.     WaterNSW is not liable to you for any loss or damage suffered or allegedly suffered by you as a result of the use of information provided to WaterNSW in response to the survey, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

b) Acknowledging that:
    i.       WaterNSW may verify your responses and elect in its absolute discretion not to use your response;
    ii.      WaterNSW may publish or use the group results of the survey without remuneration to you or permission from you, to further investigate or plan and progress the Greater Sydney Desalination Program; and
