The Foundation for Community Association Research is examining current trends in regular and special assessments, homeowner delinquencies, collection practices, payment plans, and assessment-related foreclosures. The survey is designed to establish current industry benchmarks and better understand how rising community costs and unpaid assessments are affecting association finances, operations, and homeowners.
