Virtual peer mentoring programs allow groups of professionals to work together to explore a topic or set of topics. The goal is for people of all experience levels to learn together and share unique perspectives. These groups will meet monthly for 6 sessions from May – October.

Based on the responses of our initial survey we will be forming the groups based around availability and encouraging groups to cover multiple topics rather than focus on a single area. We will provide some seed content to inspire conversation around the top 5 topics from our survey, but all you need to bring our your own questions and experience. It will be up to each group to decide on which topics to cover and how to cover them. 

We ask that you plan to commit to participating in all six sessions with your group. They will be counting on you to be part of the experience.

If you are interested in being assigned to a group, please fill out the information below and we will contact you in April with your assignments.

* 4. To support the logistics of the group we are seeking volunteers to be "conversation catalysts." These people will not be facilitating the group, but they will coordinate the meeting schedule and ensure the conversation starts rolling each month.
