Program Description:
The Center for Geography Education in Oregon (C-GEO) presents a two-day workshop at Portland State University on utilizing the updated 3rd edition of the Student Atlas of Oregon. Attendees will access multi-subject integration strategies for the classroom while learning from the atlas cartographer and expert educators. Participants will also create new student atlas activities and gain a template for providing student atlas professional development with your colleagues. The workshop will be held from 9AM - 4PM, June 24-25, 2026.
