Introduction to Youth Employment Project for Employers
Thames-Coromandel District Council needs your feedback to help ascertain how many youth gain and retain employment on the Coromandel Peninsula. For the purposes of these surveys we are defining 'youth' as aged 15 to 24 years inclusive.
Smart Waikato’s Futureforce™ Action Network (FAN) will launch in the district in partnership with TCDC and Smart Environmental Limited; at an event on April 29, 2015 for employers, educators and other leaders. FAN is a network of Waikato employers, educators and community groups keen to play their part in combating skills shortages and youth unemployment. Registering gives free access to online resources, FAN Update, FAN Youth Job Board and information about seminars.
Your survey feedback will help us better support Coromandel youth to gain appropriate further training and
Employment.
Release date for this survey is 9th March 2015 and closing date has been extended to 17th May 2015, the aim is to have feedback for the Futureforce Active Network on 20th May 2015.
