All users yield to horses.

Always wear a personal floatation device (PFD).

Ask first before accessing private property.

Avoid driving in streams which damages vegetation and fish habitats.

Avoid muddy trails when possible.

Avoid wheel spin.

Bathroom facilities may not be available.

Be a good steward.

Be a thoughtful shooter and pick up litter and target trash left by others.

Be aware of other trail users and use a bell on blind corners when riding an e-bike.

Be courteous to other users on the trail.

Be friendly to other users.

Be prepared for spills. Carry a spill-kit.

Be sure that everyone's firearms are unloaded and grounded (laid down) before anyone goes downrange.

Bury or pack out human and pet waste.

Cutting switchbacks affects the integrity of the trail and causes erosion. Please stay on the trail.

Discourage others from creating graffiti or defacing scenic viewing locations.

Dispose of human and pet waste.

Do not cut standing trees - dead or alive.

Do not damage vegetation.

Do not fly drones higher than 400 ft above the ground.

Do not shoot household appliances or other objects dumped in public lands.

Downhill bikers should yield to uphill hikers and other bikers.

Fireworks are prohibited.

Flying drones near forest fires creates hazards for firefighting aircraft. Do not fly near forest fires.

Forest roads are not the desert, please manage your speed accordingly.

Go over obstacles, not around, to avoid widening the trail.

Graffiti is vandalism and ruins natural scenic viewing areas.

Inspect and wash your vehicle after your ride to reduce the spread of invasive species.

Keep pets leashed near protected sites.

Keep the noise and dust down.

Keep vehicles on roads and parking areas.

Keep your drone in sight at all times.

Learn how to maneuver the obstacle, and stay on the trail.

Leave artifacts and fossils for others to enjoy.

Limit your time to one hour or less per shooter if others are waiting to shoot.

Motorized and mechanized travel in federally designated Wilderness Areas is prohibited.

Only shoot at appropriate targets and with a safe backstop.

Pack out your trash including food wrappings, shotgun shells, brass or steel cases, and targets.

Share the trail.

Shooting across roads, trails, waterways or into caves is dangerous and prohibited.

Shooting at signs, kiosks, trash containers, buildings and other property is vandalism and illegal.

Shooting at trees and other natural objects is illegal and leaves a negative image about shooters.

Shooting in developed recreation sites such as campgrounds, trailheads, and parking areas is prohibited.

Spectators should remain behind shooter during any shooting activity.

To prevent the spread of invasive species, do not move firewood.

Travel only on routes designated open for ATVs.

Travel only on routes designated open for dirt bikes.

Travel only on routes designated open for e-bikes.

Travel only on routes designated open for four wheel drive vehicles.

Travel only on routes designated open for OHVs.

Travel only on routes designated open for UTVs.

Understand the MVUM map before you ride. Riding UTVs off trail or around trails damages resources.

Use a map and know which routes are designated as open to off highway vehicles.

Use a Motor Vehicle Use Map (MVUM) and know which routes are designated as open to off highway vehicles.

UTVs can magnify damage to trails, please take turns slowly and do not kick up dirt on the side of the trail.

Wake creates erosion. Do not ride or boat near shore.

Wear your helmet and other safety gear.

Wetlands, lakes and streams are sensitive habitat. Avoid disturbing sensitive soils.

When flying drones, avoid campgrounds in use.

When riding in potential avalanche areas, always wear a beacon.

Yield to uphill travel.

You must have an appropriate license for commercial drone use.
