The Tribal Indian Child Welfare Advocates Training program is administered by the National Indian Justice Center pursuant to a contract with the California Department of Social Services.

The goal of the program is to provide training and educational resources to social workers and other professionals working on Indian Child Welfare cases.

This registration form is to register to view pre-recorded lectures on how to apply for authorization pursuant to Penal Code Section 11105.08, for federally recognized tribes to approve their own homes for placement of their children removed from the custody of their parents or Indian custodian (25 U.S.C. § 1915).
