UserWorks, Inc., a user experience design and usability research firm, is looking for management-level IT network security professionals to participate in a 60-minute interview, discussing factors involved in purchasing network monitoring tools. Our client is developing such a tool and wishes to tailor it to best meet decision-makers’ needs and preferences. You will not be asked to buy anything.
The session will be conducted remotely, by phone and through a shared Internet connection. This can be completed from the comfort of your home or office. Daytime and evening hours are available. Your input will be confidential. Your identity, affiliation, and contact information will not be shared with the client, nor anyone else except those with a need to know in order to qualify you, conduct the interview, and compensate you for this study. The data collected will be reported to the client only in aggregate form, maintaining the anonymity of individual participants.
After completing your session, we will send you an Amazon gift certificate in compensation for your time -- $250 to $300, depending on your qualifications.
