You can join the leadership team which meets monthly at the True Colors office in Hartford. Leadership team volunteers are trained to take on greater responsibility at the conference. Positions include volunteer coordinator, building manager, presenter liaison, CEU coordinator, signage manager, vendor manager, etc.  Indicate your interest below and we will contact you with more information.

There are lots of different ways to help during the conference itself - everything from being a go-fer (running and getting needed things to the folks who need them) to being on the leadership team that directs all of the other volunteers.

And we need help after the conference with inventory and lots of work in the office.
