2026 Impact Award Nomination Form

The 2026 LTAC Impact Award recognizes an individual whose contributions during the current LTAC year have made a meaningful and lasting impact on LTAC, the Colorado title industry, or the profession.

Nominees should demonstrate: leadership, service, innovation, collaboration, or advocacy that strengthens the Association and advances the industry since LTAC's last conference.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Nominee must be employed by an LTAC member company or associate member.
- Nominee must be nominated by an LTAC member.
- Contributions should reflect achievements during the current LTAC year.
Awards will be presented during the 2026 LTAC Annual Conference, September 9–11, 2026, at The Hythe Vail in Vail, Colorado. Specifically, the afternoon of September 10, 2026. Nominees and nominators are encouraged to attend and join us in celebrating the outstanding professionals who make a difference in our industry.
Please complete the nomination form as thoroughly as possible. The information you provide will assist the Awards Committee during the selection process. As part of the evaluation process, nominees may be contacted by the Awards Committee to provide additional information or participate in a brief telephone interview.
