Laboratory Ratings System

This is an anonymous survey that looks to identify the pros and cons of laboratories in order to help laboratorians find the place that best fits their needs during their job search. It is requested that you provided info on your current and/or past employers (within 5 years). The information you provide will be collected and stored safely in a database and one free laboratory report per year will be furnished to potential job seekers upon request. Questions with an asterisk (*) are required.
