20% |
Canadian industry is at an important crossroads. On one side: unprecedented risk. On the other: a world of opportunity. From increased global competition and shifting demographics in the workforce to stiffened regulatory demands and ongoing market volatility, companies must overcome a myriad of challenges on the road to success.
To effectively meet these challenges and embrace the opportunities, we must first understand the core priorities of businesses and explore their outlook for the future.
I invite you to join Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME) and the Canadian Manufacturing Coalition (CMC), as well as our partners at Food & Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC), BDO Canada LLP, BlackBerry and HSBC, in developing a common vision and strategy for the future of Canadian manufacturing and global business by participating in our bi-annual Management Issues Survey.
This survey examines your company’s current operations, your top challenges, and how you are addressing them in the face of the business environment in which you are operating.
Your input and guidance is essential. Similar to 2012 we will use responses to create Manufacturing Our Future which is central to our engagement strategies with governments as we work to build a world-class business environment for Canadian industry and strengthen our ability to compete globally.
Please get involved and get others involved by sharing this email with your network. Help shape your future and the future of Canada. The survey will take only 30 minutes to complete and your responses will be held strictly confidential. The deadline for completion is 5 p.m. EDT, Friday, July 31, 2014. By leaving your e-mail address, you will receive a copy of the follow-up report when published later this year.
Your name will also be entered in a draw to win a BlackBerry Z10.
In addition, the first 200 who complete the survey will be entered into a draw for the chance to receive a complimentary CME membership for a full year.
Thank you in advance for your input and support.
Sincerely,
Jayson Myers
