Welcome to Taking Bold Action in 2022-23!

We are so grateful for your interest in prioritizing historically marginalized groups in your data-to-action work.  Please fill out the following information to help us identify up to twelve campuses to be part of Cohort 2 in AY 2022-2023.

These campuses will adopt an Emergent Strategy approach to center priority groups in the annual student and employee surveys. As in past years, surveys will incorporate ODHE Benchmarks as the "skeleton" of the surveys -- and build out from there. 


Specifically, campuses will work together as a Cohort to:
  • develop questions that move forward our understanding of the experiences of students and staff with historically marginalized social identities. 
  • identify actionable findings,
  • plan relevant actions to reduce the harm done to these groups, and
  • work towards dismantling the interconnected barriers that exist on campuses. 
It's important work -- and we have the ability to make novel contributions in this area.
