Social Drivers of Health |
The Healthcare Access and Excellence Committee is collecting information about how social drivers of health (SDoH) affect orthopaedic trauma patients, and what resources are available and/or used to address them. Social drivers of health are the non-medical factors beyond race and socioeconomic status that influence health outcomes and encompass conditions in which people are born, grow, work, live, and age. We are asking members to take 3-4 minutes to complete this brief survey about SDoH.
