To prepare for 2026, we seek feedback to understand your priorities.

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is critical for our planning process.

This survey is to solicit member input to inform FAST 2026 scope of work recommendations and related budget development for use case priorities, implementer support, and membership support.

Please coordinate your organization's response by working with your colleagues to submit one survey representing your organization by November 14th. Plan accordingly, as you may need a few days to gather and synthesize your internal responses before completing this survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes to enter your responses.

The survey structure covers:

USE CASE: Implementation Guide development that is funded/resourced and worked on by membership

IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT: Tools and resources to increase real-world testing, piloting and production level adoption of FAST implementation guides

MEMBER/MEMBERSHIP: Support to onboard, educate, engage and manage to enhance project success
