Technical Assistance for Tribal Criminal Background Checks

TA Request Form

This request form is for tribes and tribal agencies and/or organizations that are planning and/or in the process of applying for SB 1460 Authorization Pursuant to PC §11105.08, to receive authorization from the DOJ to access and receive Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI).

You will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 days to respond, we may need to do additional outreach to experts for input. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
