Please note: All forms, contracts & contributions must be received by April 3rd for name to be included on promotional materials. Please type all information as you wish it to appear in printed materials. JLK cannot be responsible for copy errors. Event is scheduled RAIN or SHINE; contributions cannot be refunded due to hazardous weather cancellations.

* 1. Vendor Cost:  $100 ($50 to cover event expenses, $50 tax deductible donation, as a share of profit from sales)

-  Check must be received 5 days prior to event to participate
-  Must have completed certification from Kalamazoo County Health & Community Services Department to provide food & beverage sales

-  Date:  Saturday, May 9th, 2020
-  Location: Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds, East Lawn Section, Olmstead Road Entrance
-  Event Times:  Siren-Free Zone (no horns/sirens allowed) 10am-12pm, General Admission 12pm-2pm
Set-Up:  Gates open at 8am for vehicle participants; all vehicles must be in place by 9:30am
Vehicle must be staffed by a member of your company.
-  Tear-Down:  Will be permitted once the public has left the grounds (approximately 2:30pm)
Weather Policy:  Event will occur RAIN or SHINE and only canceled upon thunderstorm/tornado warning.
