Tam Heather Member Survey

As we prepare for the 2020-21 season, we want to reach out to members to help us understand how you are feeling about curling in the current climate. The Tam Board is considering several measures to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure to club members and we are very interested in receiving your feedback. Answering the questions below will allow us to better prepare and consider options for the upcoming season. With the start of the curling season less than two months away (fingers crossed), and lots of decisions yet to be made, we would very much appreciate your prompt response (before Aug. 21). There are only 9 questions and the survey should take only a few minutes to complete.

Would you still be interested in renewing your membership?

Shortening of games from 8 to 6 ends may be required in order to allow ice staff extra time to sanitize equipment and to ensure Governmnent Health capacity guidelines are complied with during draw changes. Would you still be interested in renewing your membership if all games were shortened to 6 ends?

Question Title

* 5. If it is mandatory that members wear masks when curling, would you still be interested in renewing your membership?

Question Title

* 6. Question Title

* 7. Last season, were you a member of another club in addition to Tam Heather?

Question Title

* 8. CurlON is developing an app to help satisfy the government mandated requirement that organizations be able to provide tracing data in the event someone who attended the facility tests positive for COVID-19. Do you have a cellphone that you can bring each time you curl that would support this app?

* 9. Do you have any other concerns about curling at Team next season?
