2017 Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department - Older Adult Services (OAS) Survey

As a resident, your dedication to Novi is essential to building a vibrant community for individuals 55 years and older. We need your input.  This five-minute survey is designed to help us understand what programs and services, communication avenues and transportation options meet the needs and wants of adults 55+.  Your response can help influence how services will be delivered now and in the future.  In appreciation for your input your name will be entered in a drawing for a gift basket. Survey responses received after June 7 will not be eligible for the drawing.
