This is an internal ballot for the US TAG to TC276. This proposal idea has not been presented or discussed with the international community. All new proposals submitted by a US expert require TAG support before being submitted or discussed at ISO. Please review the draft form 4 and draft proposal and provide feedback as appropriate. Feedback will be provided to the proposer for possible integration into the proposal. The form 4 is not fully completed since this is not being submitted to ISO at this time.
