The New Zealand Down Syndrome Association (NZDSA) is aware that our members will have personal responses to the announcement by the Minister of Education, the Hon. Hekia Parata, regarding the Cabinet’s July 2016 decisions to Strengthen inclusion and modernise learning support as well as the Learning Support (previously Special Education) Update.
