- Assures residents are in compliance with required rules & regulations
Qualifications:

- Documents all interactions with residents and service providers in a timely manner
- Interviews residents to assess functional strengths & weaknesses & develops an individualized support service plan
- Maintains communication links with support service agencies who provide residents’ supports & treatments

- Assigns caseloads and related duties, and coordinates & oversees activities of staff in providing services to clients.
- Reviews staff records for approval of billing notes, time, shift assignment, travel and timely submissions of required documentation.
- Trains new employees in areas such as agency policy, department procedures & agency or government regulations.

- Assures that staff complete assessments, service plans, & progress notes with residents in a timely manner & in accordance with funder standards
- Trains new staff in areas of program responsibilities, policies, procedures, & regulations
- Provides regular & ongoing supervision to all program staff
