An opportunity for 30 women-owned businesses and women-led businesses and organizations to have a table and showcase your business or organization!!! This is open to all area businesses. Deadline to participate is Friday, October 17 at 5pm.

Businesses are welcome to sell their products or merchandise. We will promote this event as a support local women businesses and start your Holiday Shopping early. We will create a special digital and printed program with information on all of the participating businesses.

Event takes place at Grand Unity Event Center, 1106 Charlevoix Avenue, Petoskey. Set up takes place 10am-11:30am. From 11am to 11:30am you have the option to enjoy a delicious lunch (additional $35) and take time to visit with each other and network.

The showcase will be open from 11:30am to 1:30pm. We anticipate having over 100 women in attendance. The event is open to the public to attend.

Participation cost is $50 for the space (If you wish to have lunch it is an additional $35):

• You are provided an 8’ long table. Bring your own table cloth.

• Your business name included in publicity efforts.

• You receive a list of attendees to use in your marketing efforts.

• Your business is included in the digital/printed program.
THE RULES: Please indicate you have read the rules by agreeing below.

1. One business or organization per 8’ table– no sharing or subletting of space is allowed.
2. You are responsible for your own financial transactions including the availability of all cash change. You are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.
3. You will remove all debris and garbage from your selling area at the conclusion of the event.
4. The PRCC is not responsible for any injury or damage to all claims and losses arising from your participation in the event.
5. Limited access to electricity is available, but does need to be noted in advance. If you require electricity, you must bring an extension cord.
6. In the event an exhibitor would need to cancel their participation, they must do so before 5:00 p.m. on October 3, 2025 to receive a refund. No refunds will be made after this time.
