THE RULES: Please indicate you have read the rules by agreeing below.
1. One business or organization per 8’ table– no sharing or subletting of space is allowed.
2. You are responsible for your own financial transactions including the availability of all cash change. You are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.
3. You will remove all debris and garbage from your selling area at the conclusion of the event.
4. The PRCC is not responsible for any injury or damage to all claims and losses arising from your participation in the event.
5. Limited access to electricity is available, but does need to be noted in advance. If you require electricity, you must bring an extension cord.
6. In the event an exhibitor would need to cancel their participation, they must do so before 5:00 p.m. on October 3, 2025 to receive a refund. No refunds will be made after this time.
