Public Sector Job Satisfaction

Purpose of the Survey

This survey is part of a doctoral research study examining how personality traits, gender, job position, tenure, and counterproductive work behaviors predict job satisfaction among public sector employees. The findings will be used to better understand workplace experiences and to inform strategies that support retention, engagement, and leadership development in public organizations.
Confidentiality

The survey is completely anonymous—no names, identifying details, or IP addresses will be collected. Individual responses will not be shared with the organization, and results will only be reported in aggregate form for research purposes.
Estimated Completion Time

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and respondents may withdraw at any time without consequence. Individuals who do not provide informed consent or who do not meet the eligibility criteria during the initial screening questions will automatically exit the survey and will not continue to the full questionnaire.
