Survey Overview
Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey on Tradies Health. This will take between 10-15 minutes to complete.
This survey has been developed with our partners at Beyond Blue and the Australian Physiotherapy Association to find out more about the physical and mental wellbeing of tradies.
Your responses will be used to encourage people to speak up about mental health, seek support for mental and physical health issues and for media outlets to bring the issues facing tradies to the forefront.
The data collected in the About You section of this survey will be used by Steel Blue, aligning to our Privacy Policy found here: Steel Blue Privacy Policy. All responses shared through the remainder of the survey will be strictly confidential and information used by Steel Blue and their partners will not contain any identifying data.
At the end of the survey, you can complete your details to go into the draw to win one of three pairs of Steel Blue boots. Your details will only be used to contact you if you are picked as a winner by Steel Blue.
