However, please know some reports may be referred to other University resources for follow-up and assistance. Also, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in some cases. For example, in cases of sexual assault and/or misconduct, Title IX policy requires me to report such incidents in my role as a UH representative. In ALL cases, students will be contacted by Associate Dean Phan and each report will receive a personal follow-up.
