PPE Survery for Toronto Region Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
Ontario Health (Toronto Region) is surveying local Toronto community practices to find out which offices have run out, or have a critical supply, of PPE. The information collected in this survey will enable us to find short-term solutions to our PPE shortages so that offices are able to continue to safely see patients through this public health emergency.
