Wearable Art Festival - Shortlisting Questionnaire

This questionnaire is to be completed by those who have registered in the Wearable Art Festival and competition. This form is to be used by individuals only - in the fashion, hat and sculpture categories. Please provide the information below by Monday 2 September 2024. The Information provided will assist judges in the shortlisting process. Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by WAF organisers via email on 16 September 2024.
