Calling all Victorian Bushland Managers

Do you manage land in Victoria for biodiversity? Are you on a bush crew or do you manage a bush crew?

Do you work in any of the following organisations?
  • Landcare
  • Parks Victoria
  • Greening Australia
  • Trust for Nature
  • Bush Heritage
  • State or Local Government environmental management/bushland department
  • Bushland/Weed Control contractor
We’d love to hear from you!

The Indigenous Flora and Fauna Association (IFFA) would like create a bushland management network which aims to promote the profession and facilitate knowledge and information sharing.

IFFA aims to unite bushland managers by:
  • Creating an online forum where bushland managers can ask questions, give advice and share their successes and failures
  • Creating an online resource library, where bushland managers can provide case studies, fact sheets, guidelines and strategies related to management practices
  • Facilitating workshops and training courses relevant to bushland management
  • Running conferences and forums on specific land management issues
No matter where you work, our industry needs to come together and share best practice to get the best outcomes for biodiversity.

We’d really appreciate your feedback. Please complete our 10 minute survey to tell us what you want from a bushland management network.

Alternatively, you can send your thoughts and comments to bushlandmangagementvictoria@gmail.com.

The closing date for all feedback is 14th November 2016
