1.
Participation
(Required.)
I understand that I have agreed to participate in ARCHIVES*RECORDS: Ensuring Access as a session speaker or chair. Because of my participation, my name and institutional affiliation will appear in all online and print promotional and onsite materials.

2.
Taping
I understand that my session may be recorded for sale purposes, in both audio and video formats.

I agree to be recorded in both audio and video.
I do NOT agree to be recorded in video, but I agree to be recorded in audio.
I do NOT agree to be recorded in either audio or video.

3.
Registration
(Required.)
I understand that I am required to pay for my registration (for one day or for the full meeting).
4.
International Archivists / Other Professionals
For international archivists or for those outside the archives profession, complimentary registration may be an option. SAA’s Executive Director reviews all requests for complimentary registration and determines eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Those who qualify for complimentary registration include archivists who reside outside of the United States or Canada OR participants whose employment does not involve performing, teaching, or managing any aspect of the archival function.
(Unfortunately, complimentary registration is not available to students or to those who are unemployed or underemployed.)

5.
Projectors and Screens
All sessions receive “standard” AV – i.e., a projector, screen, and microphone.
(Required.)
I understand that the deadline for requesting special equipment via the session chair is Monday, March 29, 2014, and that requests after this date cannot be accommodated.

6.
Laptops
(Required.)
I understand that in order to keep registration fees down, the conference organizers do not provide laptops or personal computers, and that I must bring my own if my presentation requires this.

7.
Internet
(Required.)
I understand that standard wireless internet is offered in the meeting space, that video streaming and high bandwidth operations are not guaranteed through this service, and that a wired internet connection will not be available. I understand that the Conference Office encourages the use of screen shots to ensure my session runs smoothly and does not provide support to address internet disruptions.

8.
Changes
(Required.)
I understand that any changes affecting my participation in the conference must be communicated to my session chair so that s/he can inform conference planners as soon as possible.
