COVID-19 Impact and Support Survey - Lancaster & District Chamber of Commerce and Morecambe BID

We are gathering this information so that the Chamber, Morecambe BID, policymakers, politicians, and local authorities can understand the challenges you may be facing. Where possible, we will also use this information to direct our support.

The first 10 questions are general, the six after relate to the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS).

The more survey responses we get back the better picture we can build. This should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
